We have a home warranty and the service calls go to Modern Appliance Service. We have had excellent service every time. This last time, our fridge went out. They called on a Monday and were able the come out Tuesday morning. The tech Ken, called when he was on his way and arrived within the window of time scheduled. He was quick and efficient and had our fridge running again within a half an hour. This is a great company with great service.

The company was easy to contact. Service was prompt, professional and well done. The repair person was efficient and on time. He communicated clearly with us and addressed any concerns. The repair was thorough and seems to have fixed the problem with our fridge's ice maker and water dispenser.

Modern appliance did a wonderful job with repairing my LG refrigerator. LG had us work with another company that after 10 weeks had still not repaired the fridge in fact had done more damage. We were then directed to Modern appliance. We had an appointment in a very short time and they were finally able to get our fridge working again. Ken the technician was on time, very communicative and checked up on status after repair had been completed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Modern Appliance Services came to my house to repair my Dish Washer, in the process he said it needed a drain line replacement. After replacing the drain line, he either didnt test or notice that the pump was dropping water which is something that should have been checked after changing a drain line. My kitchen floor got damaged with water to the point my basement ceiling was leaking water when ever the dishwasher was used. Picture are attached. I called him to complain he claimed it is not his responsibility but that of my warranty company.
